I was recommended by someone and went on Friday with my 2 friends and my cousin to get tattoos. The customer service was great, the shop is very clean. Everyone was welcoming, nice and professional. We all had a great experience. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to come in for a tattoo or a piercing. I will be going back soon for another tattoo.

I went in with a recently pierced forward helix - the earring had fallen out just two days after getting it done and the area was irritated. The original post was too short for that type of piercing and Kelvin replaced it with a longer one. Even though the hole was almost closed, he was able to get the new earring in with no problem. He was patient, professional, and made the whole process smooth. I really appreciated the care he took.
