Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Billings tattoo shops

Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Billings.

“I had the best experience at Cin City! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and super professional. I was lucky enough to get tattooed by Caydance, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She was so kind, so sweet, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Not only is Caydance incredibly talented, but she also has such a calming, positive energy that made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. My tattoo may have been simple, but the experience and result were incredible! I also got my third lobe piercings, which were quick and clean! I’d give this experience a 10/10 without hesitation. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Wow! Walked in at 10 to see if we could get tattoos today, all staff was friendly and welcoming to my wife and I. They luckily had an opening and got us in. Adri tattooed both my wife and I and was fun and friendly conversation the whole time. Definitely coming back for more, even with it being a 6 hour drive. Thank you Adri! You are amazing.”
