Kim was super gentle and while the design we landed on was all hers, the process was very collaborative. Her company during hours in the chair was lovely as well. “i got my septum pierced last night at 3 ravens! i was pierced by baker and he made me feel so heard, comfortable, and in good hands! previously, at a different shop i was told i had a deviated septum and it couldn’t be done. so, coming in i had low hopes that someone would be able to tell me otherwise but baker had a very clear and in detail consultation with me and made it happen!! he has gained all of my trust for all future piercings. by far the smoothest piercing experience i have ever had. in freaking love with it! not to mention, every other employee i interacted with was super kind! i’ll for sure be back. ❤️”
