How the best piercing shops are ranked
Every state list orders its piercing shops by a Bayesian-adjusted Google rating: each shop's rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from thirty reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from six hundred. Ties go to the shop with more reviews. A shop qualifies when it is tagged for body piercing and has at least 25 Google reviews; one listing per street address.
