I walked in for a tattoo this morning and immediately knew this would be a positive experience. The shop was incredibly clean and inviting. Ian immediately saw my vision and stenciled exactly what I wanted. Everyone working in the shop made sure I was comfortable and confident in the look of my tattoo before he began. I will absolutely be returning for more artwork in the near future.

I’ve been getting Tattoed by Hunter Wilson for 2 years, he is the best traditional artist in Austin. All my tattoos look great after 2 years and have healed great! I would definitely recommend Hunter and atomic for any American traditional tattoo needs!

Hunter Wilson is the man. I’ve gotten 4 or 5 tattoos done by him over the past couple of years, and each one I get is my new favorite. He crushes it every time. Go see him if you want a killer tattoo, and if you want to listen to Hall and Oates on repeat

One of my helix piercings fell out but I was able to make a quick pit stop here near their closing time and were happy to help me out! It was a little closed at the time so it hurt, but the red/black haired lady was super nice and made the experience a lot better.

Johny made the entire process stress-free and answered all my questions, walked me through what to expect, and created a super sick custom design of a snake tattoo on the spot exactly how I envisioned. His attention to detail in black and grey work is exceptional- every line is precise and the shading is flawless. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. My snake tattoo gets complimented almost anywhere I go now.
