Dermal removal… this is the place! I talked to many other shops who couldn’t do it, my PCP, a dermo referral (who wanted $500 w insurance), then Melissa at Dahlia was able to remove it in 30 seconds with no pain for the tiniest charge. She was so great, so knowledge, I am confident any piercing work she does is going to be top tier. I am very thankful to her. The shop is extremely nice and everyone was so kind. Thank you, Mel B!

Traveled up to the store to look around, but they are by appointment only which I think is ridiculous. I wanted to look at jewelry to replace my current nose piercing but that is not even an option to make an appointment for which I think is ridiculous. What busy is not open to general public. Parking is horrible too. Do better Dahlia!

Do not trust this place with your body. The piercing I received was done incorrectly and wasn’t even viable. I had to remove it after another professional confirmed it was wrong. When I went back, Melissa was rude, dismissive, and took no responsibility whatsoever. She actually tried to gaslight me into believing it was done correctly even though another professional had straight up told me it was severely botched. She gave no explanation, no actual solution, and I actually left so confused and disheartened that someone could be so careless with my body. This place is careless and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Melissa is incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything in detail and makes you feel comfortable during the entire process. I took my 10 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced for her birthday. She was very nervous but Melissa helped her to stay calm by breathing through it and explaining what she was doing during the entire process. The place was very clean and we loved how it was private just for my daughter’s appointment. I highly recommend going here and will absolutely come back for future piercings or earrings. You will not be disappointed.
