Order is by a Bayesian-adjusted rating: each shop's Google rating is pulled toward the directory average in proportion to how few reviews back it, so a 5.0 from six reviews does not outrank a 4.9 from eight hundred. The stars shown are the raw Google rating and review count.

What locals say about Bismarck tattoo shops

Pulled from Google reviews of the top-rated shops in Bismarck.

“From the vibe you get walking in the door, to friendly faces at the counter, and the excellent talent and experience of the piercers and artists. You're going to want to come back again and again. You've been warned. My most recent visit was a mind blowing back of the leg piece done in 2 days by Simeon. 100% worth the trip if you're not from the Bismark Mandan area. Especially if you'e looking to get a tattoo in one of the artist unique styles, or a unique piercing.”
