She's incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and very thorough with the process. She made sure we were doing okay through all of it and, despite having a fear of needles, I felt really at ease at the shop and with her poking us full of holes. It's a little on the pricier end for piercings compared to what I've paid elsewhere, but you get top-class care in a very clean and safe environment. This experience has locked in a lifetime customer from me.”
