From start to finish with my very first tattoo experience at age 60, my correspondence with Sitthixay was excellent. Communication was prompt, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. I came in with my own custom design, and Sitthixay brought it to life with incredible precision and attention to detail. The final result exceeded my expectations (The tattoo was placed on my left inner forearm closer to my heart). The experience didn't end when the tattoo was finished. I kept Sitthixay updated over the next few days as it healed, and they continued to be responsive and genuinely interested in how everything was progressing. The timing made this tattoo even more meaningful. It honors Prince as we mark 10 years since his passing, and getting it in June in downtown Minneapolis, just a short walk from First Avenue and Prince's mural, made the experience unforgettable. I decided to have it done in the Twin Cities instead of California where I am from. Thank you, Sitthixay, for your exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism. I couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend you to anyone looking for a talented tattoo artist.
