I have gotten many cartilage piercings and jewelry changes here and their staff are friendly, patient, and informative each and every time. I have a unique anatomy for my ears and they take the time to analyze it and make sure my piercings would heal correctly. Definitely recommend!

Avi and Inez were absolutely amazing! Very helpful and supportive when I went in to get my first nose piercing. They made my piercing experience stress free and great! 5 stars and would recommend.

I have 17 piercings, and lost 3 in the past, so I know whats up. This place is fantastic. Its clean, the workers are kind and patient. I got my eyebrow pierced and it was a way better experience than the last time I got it done. If your nervous about getting a piercing done, you can just call or walk in and ask them questions and they'll take care of you

My initial experience was great,however, my recent experience was extremely disappointing.I called around 8:20 PM to inquire about getting a replacement nose ring because the one I previously purchased had broken. I was told the store closed at 9:00 PM but that if I arrived any later than 8:45 PM, they would not be able to assist me. I arrived exactly at 8:45 PM, only to find the doors already locked. After knocking, someone hesitantly let me in.The service felt rushed, and the staff appeared visibly annoyed. I explained that I needed a full nose ring replacement, not just the gauge that had already been set aside for me. I was charged $50 for a small nose ring and sent on my way.When I got home, I realized the nose ring stud was not compatible with the gauge. I called the next day and was told a supervisor would be informed and that I would receive a call back. I never did.I called several more times over the next few weeks, leaving my phone number each time. On one call, they even looked up my receipt using my phone number, confirming my purchase. It has now been a month, I have received no follow-up, my piercing has since closed, and I am out $50.
