I was recommended to go here by the first Major Ink Studios location due to them not having any piercers available at the moment. Does the outside look the best? Not really, except for the artwork used on the glass. But don’t judge a book by its cover because the inside is super cool and very unit. The woman who did my piercings was very nice and made my helix piercings completely symmetrical to each other. I was worried that I was going to have the same situation I had at Fame Tattoos, where they made my ear lobe piercings super crooked, which still bothers me like crazy. The piercer pulled out a measuring tool and checked multiple times that the piercings were accurate. My labrets did end up facing different directions, but that was just because of the anatomy of my ears in the area that I got them pierced and it doesn’t even bother me that much because I was told I can change them to hoops once it fully heals in 6-12 weeks. They do charge $45 for each helix piercing, but it’s definitely on the cheaper side of cartilage piercings that I’ve gotten. I was also informed before getting the piercings done that it would be uncomfortable to sleep for a while on my side if I got them done on each year. I acknowledged the risk and I took it anyway and let me just say: please get a travel pillow and use it when you sleep so your piercings don’t get squished by the pillow and possibly migrate or reject.
