12 Tattoos

I went to George. He was cool and all but did a really bad job on my tattoo, scaring, crooked lines and generic looking tattoo. I literally made an appointment that same week to get it covered up. I thought the 12 tattoos shop would be the best around given the owner won ink master season 2. But no, I don’t recommend this place.

Best tattoo shop ever. Steve is the best in the business and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Steve is down to earth and holds great conversation.

The tat wasn't bad, although it has started to blow out in 2 areas. It was the ignorant hate rant of the tattoo artist. I've never met a more stupid person. He said some pretty awful things about women, and I don't think he even realized it. Just because I'm a man, don't assume we're on the same page as far as our beliefs about women. I told my partner and she was appalled. If you respect women, go elsewhere, please.

Steve makes you feel like your having a chat with an old friend the first time you meet him. Love his tattoos. Can't recommend his shop highly enough

Drove hour and half only to be told my appointment was screwed up by someone. No one contacted me prior to coming down even though they have my contact information. Very unprofessional. Disappointed to say least.

It took very little research for shops local to me for my first tattoo before I stumbled upon 12 Tattoos, and specifically Amber. Fast forward only one month, and we’ve gotten all this beautiful work done! She is an absolute beast! The shop is very clean and welcoming and the conversations between Amber, Steve and the clients are always hilarious. Check them out!

Amber is amazing!!! She helped me get my first tattoo ever. Very understanding and willing to work with me and my needs but very thorough in explaining the process and took breaks when I needed them. The building itself is very clean and the people are friendly! I will be returning for sure.

I've been going to Steve since 2003. His staff is always above and beyond with creativity and artistic ability.

The one star is for George and not the entire place. Went with my brother a few months ago and he was in a terrible mood from the second we came in. He gave us a hard time about having to make up a design of our tattoo even though we sent him what we wanted in advance and then continued to be rude about it when we asked to tweak something. Then today my mother went in to get her first tattoo for her 50th birthday and she sent him the type of tattoo she wanted in advance and how she wanted to it to look. He threw a fit saying it wasn’t his job to design the tattoo and made my mom design her tattoo while he sat there and scrolled through his social media for 30 minutes. My mother ended up walking out because she is paying money for this and doing most of the work and he didn’t even care. Just a grumpy person who needs to stop being so rude to customers. Will not be back to 12 tattoos because of George.

Awesome place for a first tattoo George was so fun and helped me relax as I got my first tattoo. Very professional and clean environment. He also gave me great advice about the healing process. Highly recommend!!
