I had an appointment for a jewelry swap with Birdie. She was quick and always has that sweet/welcoming personality. The shop was busy with several piercing walk-ins yet she didn’t let that create a rushed/frantic experience. Very professional and provided a great service !

My wife called around town looking for a shop to get our baby's ear pierced. Birdie was responsive and informative. We showed up to our appointment and Birdie talked us through the process. She made us feel at ease and we felt we made the right decision going with Birdie. We are happy with the results and would go back to Birdie for any future piercings. Highly recommended!
