“I had the pleasure of winning a free tattoo & piercing from Ember! From the very beginning of our interaction Iridian & Claire were so warm hearted & gave me all the time I needed to figure out what I truly wanted ❤️ Claire made me feel so comfortable, she is literally the sweetest person in her craft!!! I absolutely love the Medusa piercing she did for me! She also, was the kindest badass to pierce my nipples!!! Which I absolutely love & recommend her for all your piercing needs 🫶✨ I absolutely love Iridian, she's so sweet & chill. She made me feel so welcome & was so gentle while giving me my stick & poke snake tattoo! I absolutely love everything about it 💕 The atmosphere of Ember is charming & so welcoming!! Every single artist is so incredibly talented I will be spending more time here in the future 😁”
“UPDATE! Johnnie called me regarding this issue and whole heartedly apologized for the situation and wanted to do whatever he could to make it right. He offered to have us come that night but we already had dinner plans so he had us come in on Sunday, after church. Alma volunteered to come in on her day off to make up for the appointment problem and they got us done. The tattoos are BEAUTIFUL! He is an amazing person that is passionate about his work and his reputation. Alma is the sweetest and does rock star work! So today I get to give the 5 star review that I wanted to give! Thank you and be blessed! I came in with my sister at 11am since that’s what time they said to come. We waited and got with Kevin to draw our matching sisters tattoos and we loved what he came up with. However, it ended up taking longer than we thought for them to be able to start ours and we had a previously scheduled appt at 1 so we made an appt with Kevin and the lady artist (sorry forgot her name) for them to each do one of us at 3:30. We got back about 2:45 and waited as they were busy no problem. But then to find out the lady would be doing is both and it would double our time there. Ugh so we had to leave without our tattoos. Frustrating to be made an appt and then not have it honored. I’m from Oklahoma and today was the only day we could get it done since I go home tomorrow. Anyway, I was hoping to give a great review after having it done but not today. Most frustrating was that they were taking walk ins before us, the ones with a scheduled appointment!”
“Decided to wait a few months before leaving a review. Not only was the experience wonderful, but the tattoo came out beautifully. Mine was done by Brandon, who was not only patient but took the time to understand what I want. Very talented and knows what he is doing. I will absolutely go to him again once I have the chance. The image below was when it was fresh and healed. Can’t wait to go again!”
