Steel N Ink Austin (Barton Creek Square)

I love, love, loveeeee getting pierced here! I’ve never had a bad experience. Cam has done multiple piercings for me, and he’s incredibly precise, a great listener, and very patient. I’ve never left feeling disappointed or unheard. All of my piercings are symmetrical, and he always makes sure they complement each other. I’ve been to several piercing shops where I was made to feel dumb or dismissed when asking questions or seeking suggestions, but I’ve never felt that energy here. Everyone at the shop is kind, welcoming, and takes the time to walk through all of your questions one by one. I highly recommend this shop and especially Cam if you’re looking for a piercer who genuinely listens and cares about the final result

I got my 2nds done! They were super nice and friendly, let me bring friends back with me, be in decisive about what jewelry I wanted, asked if I want a countdown or to be surprised, gave me stickers afterwards, and more. Lovely experience, will definitely be back!

Sean did an amazing job on my tattoo and made the whole experience great from start to finish. The shop was super clean, had an awesome atmosphere, and everyone there was incredibly welcoming. Cam, who does the piercings, was also a pleasure to talk to the entire time and really helped make us feel comfortable. You can tell this shop truly cares about their clients — they made us feel like family. They’ve tattooed members of my family for years, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. Even the woman at the front desk was fantastic over the phone and made setting up the appointment easy and stress-free. Another huge plus is the location is inside Barton Creek Mall, which makes it really convenient if you bring friends or family with you. There’s plenty for them to walk around and do while you’re getting tattooed, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a talented artist, a clean and welcoming environment, and genuinely great people.

Amazing visit. It started with the front desk Loch was super kind and helpful. She made sure that everything was in a row. Made the wait time fly by. Sean Rakos was able to hand draw and complete my sleeve, making sure to do it in a timely manner. He brought the whole thing together and really understoon and conveyed my vision. I could not be more pleased and impressed with his work.

I got my 2nd and 3rd piercings and diath on my left side today, and they were AMAZING. Emily was my piecer, and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, I had almost no pain during the process. The wonderful lady at the front desk (who's name I unfortunately did not catch) was also awesome, and I'm beyond excited to go back.
