Had a great experience getting my second ear lobe piercing here, I would definitely come back! Jason was amazing, he was informative on jewelry when I couldn’t make my mind up. He also explained things and made sure I was happy with placement before he did the actual piercing.

Completely blown away by the service provided by Travis. I was nervous about getting my first facial piercing and wanted to make sure I went to a clean safe place. They had tons of options to choose from and you’re able to hold the jewelry up to the piecing site to make sure you like it. Travis made the entire experience seamless and comfortable. I came in nervous and left feeling confident. 100% will return.

I have had my nostril and tragus piercings done here with Travis! He is super professional and reassuring, both times i was so impressed with how quickly and painlessly he did the piercings. The facility itself is very clean and they have a great selection of jewelry. i have been to cheaper shops in Austin in the past and it’s totally worth it to spend a few extra bucks here instead, they take their work seriously at Shaman and the difference in quality is obvious.

There is legitimately no better place in Texas. I have had several piercings done at Shamen in the past but, on this particular occasion I got some microchips implanted in my hands. Pineapple was super kind and knowledgeable, made me feel very at ease and made the install a breeze! Even after the poke, I did get a little light headed and the folks there got me a little water and sugar and I was good as new. Seriously, if you need any kind of piercing work done, don't go anywhere but here!

Jason was awesome! Very kind and professional. I haven’t had my ears pierced since 5th grade and he made the process quick and painless as possible! I got my second lobes and a helix. Appreciate that he took the time to make sure everything was aligned properly and that I was happy with the placement. Great studio! Highly recommend. Clean practices, knowledgeable, professional.
