downright ATROCIOUS piercing experience with emily🤮. do NOT go to her unless u know EXACTLY what u want and are prepared to blindly trust what she thinks looks good on your face. i went in for a regular piercing with my 2 friends and warned her ahead of time that i’m really picky with my placement. she said she was completely ok with it and seemed sweet at the start. i’ve already gotten this piercing before and hated the placement, so i made her redraw it twice and on the third time i asked to place the dot myself to see since there was no mirror while she drew. after letting me place it she asked if i wanted to do the actual piercing myself. my friends and i were very confused at her switch up and were like isn’t that illegal to do? and she’s like i was being sarcastic ive been doing this for 12 years you should just trust that i know what im doing. i then politely explained that my previous piercer also knew what they were doing but i wasn’t happy with how it looked on my face and wanted to be more intentional with it this time. she didn’t like that and continued to go on an ego trip where she lectured me for another 5 minutes about how she knows what she’s doing. by this point i was already crying and my friends tried to explain to her that it’s a permanent body modification and that i wasn’t being rude in any way, to which she responded by refusing service. all in all -100000/10 would never recommend. i’ve never seen such an unprofessional, egotistical piercer before, let alone one that has so much to say about how she’s all that. don’t go to emily unless u don’t really care about ur face 🤷‍♀️

I’ve been coming here for years to get my nose ring adjusted or a new piece completely. Quanyin helped me today and I had to write a review solely for the professionalism and comfort they provided. This place is super clean and friendly, and I was able to walk in during my lunch break. Shout out to Shandi, Gill, Emily, Leo, and Cay as they’ve probably helped me out too!

Gill was referred to me for some piercings that I really wanted but didn't think I had the anatomy for. From start to end he was incredibly patient and professional about everything!! He checked my anatomy very thoroughly and was actually able to do the piercings. I was never worried that he was just piercing me to make money, he was open about his process and walked me through everything he was doing. Not to mention the facilities felt very clean and secure. My new piercings look amazing and make me feel more like myself! And when they were done he even gave me a consultation for some other piercings I've been thinking about! I'm already recommending his services to all my friends, and I will absolutely be back for any future piercings.

Dean did a good job on my tattoo. I showed him what I wanted and he took care of it and did a wonderful job and walked me through the aftercare process Got my third tattoo on my forearm done on Sunday this time Sahara did the work and I was impressed with it I received several compliments from friends and coworkers Adding more to the review I appreciate Joshua Lucy como through with my butterfly tattoo and my new one I got of stitch I appreciate this artist for every tattoo I have gotten from them

If you want quality over quantity, this is the place to go. I got my 2nd pair of ear piercings from Nate and he was very benevolent throughout the process, seemed very much to know what he was doing and knowledgeable about piercings. I had a friend who had an eyebrow piercing that wasn't healing and he identified what the other place did wrong and provided a recommendation for how to address the improper piercing. The metal that they use isn't cheap stuff, but if you have ever had problems with sensitive skin or are worried things won't heal, I have not had any problems with the stuff that they gave me.
