This is definitely a world-class tattoo shop with excellent tattooers. Without a doubt the best tattoo (blackout)experience I’ve ever had. Hoode is just amazing, he goes in with purpose and is driven, does not cut corners and knows exactly what he’s doing. Thank you brother!!! I’m also getting work done by Giuseppe, I am blown away how amazingly awesome it’s turning out with Hoode’s black arms. Black Vulture is second to none, this joint is a world-class shop. Probably the best in the world with all the talent, class, style, kindness, and professionalism here. There are also so many cool things to check out on the walls here, I’m in awe every time I’m here. The art and old school punk/oi/hardcore scene vibe makes me feel at home and they have an amazing sound system while you get tattooed!!! Love it man🔥🔥🔥🔥🖤🖤🖤🖤

Exceptionally talented artists who are kind and professional, with a unique funky vibe. I am working on a full body tattoo and drive for hours to come see my artist Guiseppe - it is worth the time and expense. Rates are very reasonable too.

Justin Harris did a horrendous job on my floral sleeve. These pics are after 2 sessions. Look at the patchiness and blowouts -- would you get this tattoo? I have since spent thousands of dollars fixing his awful work.

Drove all the way from Virginia to get some work done from Justin Harris. He was phenomenal and fast. My tattoos are lights out. I could not be more pumped.

Just got my second tattoo from Hoode and will go back for my next one. Other than just loving the tattoo he gave me, the shop is clean and the artists are approachable.
