I couldn't get my tragus jewelry in. they were a big help with making sure i was getting a good sized flatback stud that would help with healing. (its always a plus to know that they support local businesses/craftsmanship)

100/10 experience! I cannot recommend this piercing studio highly enough! Shauntelle is truly a master of her craft and her piercing placements are always perfect. I have gotten every piercing I have by Shauntelle and already plan on getting two more next month. After comparing prices and ratings of studios all around Portland before deciding on this one, I can also confirm that their pricing is fair and either equal to or cheaper than other studios and has experienced, expert piercers to match. There is a reason that virtually every review for this studio is 5 stars. Piercings are all done with single use, sterile needles (no guns) and with flat back threadless studs which heal incredibly well. I was even able to get my helix piercings done with a ring, which is amazing. They are also more than happy to help with any issues you might have post-piercing. I have yet to have ANY negative issues with any of my piercings. Not even redness, soreness, or swelling, even with the cartilage piercings. While this may differ by person, it is yet another indication of how great of a piercing studio this is. Whether you are looking to get your next piercing or trying to find the best place to get your child's first piercing, look no further than Soulfire. My friends and I came in on a Sunday spontaneously to get piercings and new jewelry swapped out. We didn’t realize until we saw the sign on the door that Sunday is by appointment only. However Astrid was SO nice and was able to fit us in. She let us take our time (and we were pretty indecisive) looking at jewelry and there was zero pressure to buy at all. The whole experience was clean, professional, and informative. I love my new jewelry and I also got my forward helix re-pierced and it was calm and painless! I highly recommend coming to see Astrid for your piercing needs!! My friends and I can’t wait to go back!
