IRIS - a piercing studio

I was able to get a same-day appointment to change out four piercings for titanium studs that are very comfortable and didn't irritate my skin. The person who helped me was great, and I would absolutely go here again. They have a good selection of jewelry.

Steven was my piercer and he was amazing. He listened to my concerns as I was getting re pierced and he did SPECTACULAR! Super friendly, kind and attentive. I would recommend that anyone that comes here requests him. Thanks again Steven! ☺️

I had such an amazing experience at IRIS getting my flat helix and second lobes pierced! Steven did my piercings and he was seriously incredible. He made me feel super comfortable the entire time, explained everything clearly, and was really patient and professional. The piercings came out PERFECT and the whole process was way less stressful than I expected. The studio was clean, welcoming, and had such a good vibe. You can tell Steven genuinely cares about doing quality work and making sure people leave happy. I’m absolutely obsessed with how they turned out and I’ll definitely be coming back for future piercings. Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly, easy to talk to about placement. I was a walk-in and they were prompt, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable immediately. This is my second piercing service through IRIS and my first at the Portland location (first being in Denver). The continuity of the quality, service, and education across the locations was remarkable. If you go to any IRIS location, you’re going to be met with expertise, a spotless environment, a focus on aftercare, and honestly just a fun time. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

It was my first time in a piercing studio and I don’t recommend this spot at all. I arrived and Steven immediately seemed like they did not care and did not want us in there. They were unhelpful and it was not at all a collaborative experience. I asked for jewelry size recommendations and was essentially met with “whatever works best for you” when I’m asking you for helping because this is new for me. When I have literally told you that this is my first time in a piercing studio. Did not help with price ranges until we asked, there was no initiative taken. They were so uninterested in having us give them business, I will never recommend this spot. Bad vibes, bad customer service. Then you try to be a little nicer towards the end so we will tip you? You could’ve just been helpful the whole time but yeah, okay Steven. disappointed that this was my piercing studio experience.
