East Side Tattoo

I recently went here for my first tattoo and had a great experience. Viet was my artist, and he was amazing. He's super easy to talk to and very talented. I don't have any other experience to compare this to, but I felt relaxed throughout the whole process. Everyone else in the shop was super nice, and the place was very clean. I've been getting a ton of compliments on my tattoo, and I'm so happy with it! I would 100% come back for more tattoos from Viet amd would recommend this place to anyone looking for recs. Photo was taken at 4 weeks healed.

Got my piece done by Viet, they are an apprentice but work is best. I have gotten tattoos from people that have been doing it 20+ years and Viet is already at that level. Does top tier work. Really helps and advises you in the best way possible. Can’t thank them enough

Been getting a leg sleeve here for the past year and had a couple one off tattoos done with my wife and I. This place is outstanding. All the artists and the owner are welcoming and they set a great vibe. Keith has been inking me for a while. He and the whole crew are very professional and can make almost anything happen. Cannot wait to for my next session.

I got my first tattoo at East Side Tattoo and it was a very good experience. Booking with Viet was easy and he replied promptly. He was patient, friendly, and professional. He made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and that I was comfortable every step of the way. He kept his work station clean and organized. Viet is a sick dude with sick art. 10* out 5* experience.

I had an incredible experience getting my tattoo with Viet! Like a lot of folk, I get anxiety when booking a tattoo. One of my main worries is that the artist and I will be on a different page concerning the art, and that the artist will be unwilling to make adjustments. I did NOT have to worry about that with Viet. He was really responsive and understanding. The black and white sketch (see photos) was his original design. When I asked to change the face to better represent a black masc person (I am black and transmasc) he was immediately open to adjusting his work. He was also able to effortlessly tattoo over my healed scars and he applied a 2nd skin which made healing a breeze. He has an easy-to-use messaging service that made it easy to stay in touch leading up to the session. The shop had great vibes. It felt easy to sit for 5ish hours. I had to stop myself from falling asleep I was so relaxed. Viet made it clear several times that he was more concerned with delivering the highest quality of work than he was about getting the tat complete. I never felt like he was rushing to get me out the door. I will definitely be coming back to Viet when I'm ready for more ink. My only complaint is that I have to wait to book again until I can save up for it! 10/10
