I just went here to get new jewelry for my eyebrow piercing not an actual piercing but I had a great experience! I was extremely picky and indecisive x_x; but everyone was super kind and patient with me! I picked out this blue gem first and ended up hating it after the install but my piercer made a great suggestion to get a colored bar instead and I love it so much! It's exactly what I wanted I'm so happy :D

Kristi and Damian were awesome! I did a walk in to get my ears pierced, Kristi was super welcoming, got me all set up, and helped me pick some great jewelry. Damian was patient and great at sticking needles through people. Will totally go back for another set

I've been coming here since 2021 and won't go anywhere else for my piercing needs. They are always so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and safe. I always feel safe here. I trust what I'm being told. I get honest feedback and they are not just trying to make money. I have always walked away with exactly what I was wanting. My piercings always heal so amazing from here. I've had some of the kindest piercers ever. If and when my daughter wants her ears pierced, this will be the first place I will be taking her. I can not recommend this place enough!

I had been to this location before in 2019 to get my second nostril piercing, and had such a great experience that I knew I had to come back to have my earlobes repierced. I was expecting to have to drastically change the placement, as I had consulted with other piercers in years past, but Damian (employee of the month!!) spent so much time making sure that my piercings were in the perfect spot. I felt I was in great and professional hands. Could not have had a better experience. The person at the front desk with the big glasses and blond hair (so sorry I didn’t catch your name!!) was also incredibly professional and kind, and handled 3 walk in parties perfectly. I’ll be back!!
