Very nice people who work there. Just know that it has a dark feel to it and heavy metal music plays. Took my daughter for a tattoo.

I've been going here for nearly 2-3 years. I've only had service from 2 of the women there, but everyone is very relaxed and approachable. I always feel comfortable sitting in there. Also - Gabby is super tentative to details of tattoos, big or small. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Went to get my belly pierced I was super nervous and super scared, We did the ID process also cleaning my belly button, we also even went over where to piercing it with the marker, I obviously know where the middle of my belly button is because I look down at it all the time, the proving process was good, I noticed it was shifted to the left a little but I thought it was just due to swelling and it being a new piercing, I gave it 4 months to heal and still it just looks so off center and my belly button hasn’t been swollen or irritated, I’m embarrassed and I really want a belly button piercing but a lot of people can notice it’s centered to the right instead of actually on my belly button…. I even was told it would be 50 over the phone but when I got there I was charged 60, and it wasn’t even worth it, Idek what to do!!!!!

Stacie Joy (artist) is a rock star. Just got a 2nd tattoo by her and I can't say enough good things about working with her.

Been going to 13th Hour for over a decade. Mike is hands down the best tattooing experience of my life.

Rob has a unique style and is a awesome artist. I will not go to anyone else for my tattoos.

Mike was great! Took us as a walk in right away, we had great convo during the session and he played great music! Everything was very clean and very professional.
