KK took a last minute walk in and turned it into a wonderful experience and a lifetime memory with a beautiful detailed tattoo. She listened and translated words into art, 10/10
I went in today for a piercing around 7pm. The wait time wasn’t bad and the other customers there were so funny. I really enjoyed my time before the piercing & the artist was clean, professional, and gentle. Highly recommended. I got my Medusa done over.
1. Customer service is disgustingly poor and unprofessional. My party (4 individuals) were not greeted when we entered. Both the front “desk” receptionist and tattoo artist seemed bothered by customers coming into the shop. 2. The shop was unable to complete any of the desired piercings. There wasn’t enough equipment needed to do a SIMPLE ear piercing. I guess if you would like any form of piercing go any where else or your best bet is a Claire’s!
nice place, every piercer is good ive came several times. but i went today to a girl named kk i believe and she literally did my piercing wrong from the beginning. she did the clamp wrong then kept pulling the needle up and down my belly, couldn’t get the jewelry in and kept pretty much stabbing me and telling me not to move when she was shoving a STRAIGHT bar piercing through my belly. i told her just stop. now i have a bleeding stomach with no piercing.
I went to Blaqink on Christmas Eve for a jewelry change for my tragus piercing because I had a piercing bump that was causing the small ball stud to sink into the piercing. I regret this decision deeply. The piercer, Melvin (at least that’s the name I used to send payment via Venmo), was extremely rough throughout the entire process. He struggled to remove the jewelry at first, applying so much pressure and scrubbing my ear harshly, causing immense pain. When he finally inserted the new hoop, he had difficulty closing it and was so rough that I was in tears by the end. At no point did he offer for me to check how it looked before finishing, and honestly, I just wanted to pay and leave as quickly as possible because I was in so much pain. When I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I broke down. My tragus was swollen to double or triple its normal size, bleeding, and oozing. I felt utterly devastated and regretted going there. I only came because my earring was sinking into the piercing, and with it being Christmas Eve, I knew most places would be closed for the next two days. I sacrificed quality for a quick fix, and I will never make that mistake again. I do not recommend this shop to anyone based on my experience. If you’re looking for professional care and compassion, I would urge you to look at an actual piercing studio. I'm attaxhing photos of what my tragus looked like before, and about an hour after leaving Blaqink.
