Shop was clean had a very good vibe. Got a tattoo was very impressed with the shop the artist where very friendly and good at what they do.

I understand inspections are important and unannounced, but I wasn’t told anything about a health inspection—what I experienced was a vague “it could be a while,” paired with a visible lack of interest in helping or rescheduling me. While I acknowledge my appointment wasn’t formally confirmed, it also wasn’t denied—and your booking system allowed me to select a time slot labeled “available,” so perhaps that’s something worth tightening up to avoid future misunderstandings. Ear piercings take around 10 minutes, which is why I thought scheduling one during an open time slot was reasonable. But instead of being met with courtesy or an offer to reschedule, I got a shoulder shrug and a whole lot of indifference. That, more than anything, is what prompted the review—not the inspection, but the dismissiveness. I support shops following the law. I also support shops treating potential customers like they matter. Hopefully this helps highlight where the experience could be improved. --- Don't waste your time. Made an appointment and no one followed up with me. I showed up because of course I didn't want to be charged a fee and even though everyone was literally just sitting on their phones, they couldn't get me in. Said it could be an hour or two they don't know lol
