I went for a promotion they had for flash tattoos and was very happy with the work done by Charlie! It was a great space, great staff, and great energy. I'll be back! Shoutout to Charlie for going above and beyond!

I got my first ever tattoo here today. I didn't know much about the process but the artist that assisted me, June, was a great help. Explained the whole process one step at a time and was very patient while I asked to move the stencil a few times. June explained how to care for the tattoo clearly and answered my questions thoroughly. I'm so happy with the final result!!

Man these guys are awesome.I came in for a walk-in and they had those available. I got a fairly medium sized tattoo from June and man she got it done WITH THE SWIFTNESS. Everything was clean and professional. Will definitely come back.

Charlie saved my day! Had to get six piercings swapped out for an MRI and Charlie was immediately available to help. My radiologist’s office had called ahead for me. The MRI got done and I went right back to Top Notch for Charlie to put my jewelry back. 10/10 experience! I will be ordering MRI safe retainers and heading back to Charlie to put those in. Highly recommend!

Top Notch Tattoo will forever hold a special place in my heart. Charlie is not just an incredible artist—he is compassionate, patient, and truly understands the meaning behind the art he creates. My younger sister and I came to Charlie with an idea for our baby sister’s last tattoo—something she had personally asked him about before she passed. Charlie listened to our story, honored her vision, and transformed our idea into a beautiful memorial that now lives on our skin forever. These matching tattoos are more than art—they are healing, remembrance, and connection. Charlie treated our loss with dignity and gave us something we will carry with us always. Thank you for honoring our baby sister in the most beautiful way possible.
