Went into to ask for some help with replacing my septum jewelry & all the staff was so incredibly kind, professional, and the shop was very clean. Sarah helped me out and was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. Would recommend this shop for staff quality and cleanliness!

I had a great experience getting a new nose ring here and they went beyond what I expected them to. The first nose ring I got ended up being too small, the piercer told me if its too small to come back in. I came back because it was ripping into my nose and inflamed, they saw me without an appointment and took it out. They didn't have the size I needed so they offered me a larger one while they made me a custom sized rose gold ring. I came back again after they texted me it was ready, only took a few dyas, and didn't charge me at all for the custom ring. I went in expecting to pay. The piercer guy, girl and both the owners where super chill and all did more than they needed to. I've only had positive experiences here, highly recommend.

I've had great experiences at this tattoo studio. I submitted a tattoo request and received a call back the next day. The planning process was professional and honest. The tattoo ended up being a collaboration between two artists. I'm so impressed with Niko and Jeana's talent. They are also friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks a million for my forever art :)
