Highly recommend this piercing shop! I had to take all my piercings out for a medical procedure and the staff were so kind to me and helped me get all my original jewelry back in, even in a piercing that was a bit grumpy with me. They created a very warm and inviting atmosphere and I felt very comfortable. I will totally be coming back to get a real piercing here!

Let me start with this HANNA IS AMAZING full stop! I’ve been to many piercing studios over the last 25 years and the one common thread is the potential for a pretentious “super cool” piercer to treat you as though you are interrupting their very important “whatever they were doing” before you got their. There is always a moment before you enter when you wonder if you will have to put up with that. Hanna at Ten Tigers was nothing like that. She was SO welcoming and friendly, thorough and patient. She was fantastic? Walking us through the many options across multiple price points and apologizing for the wait (even though we were the ones that came without an appointment) she fit us and got my wife taken care of quickly, professionally with a great attitude, no heavy sighs or eye rolling. I say again. HANNA IS AMAZING

I got my nose pierced here like 4 years ago at 14 and now that I have other piercings from else where I can confidently say they know exactly what they are doing. I stopped having pain after 24 hours and it was my most painless piercing ever and fastest healing ever, and I feel like it was just the way it was done that made it seamless. Super well trained piercers that didn't hesitate, they make it stress free and quick. And they clearly knew how to inform their clients of proper care afterward. Because a piercing not hurting during the healing process is unheard of for me. Any piercing I've paid less for money wise I've paid the consequences later on. I Highly recommend. I'm not an avid review writer but the people must know this place is fantastic.

I had a great experience at Ten Tigers today. I needed to change my nose and helix piercings. Hanna was great. She was very knowledgeable, and she showed me the right way to change my own captive bead ring (CBR) jewelry. Also, the have several rainbow items, so they appear to be LGBTQ+ friendly (hooray!). I will for sure come back to this clean, professional, knowledge, and friendly shop again in the future.
