Five stars! im telling you this is my new favorite place to get piercings. everyone there is super fun and professional, the shop is so well decorated and interesting to look at. They have a HUGE selection of piercings from Gothic to cutesy. And the pricing is absolutely affordable. I absolutely recommend coming here for your next piercing studio session!

It was my first time at 13 Bats. I've had work done by 4 different tatt artists over the course of my life but Amanda was hands down the best. They are very professional and thoughtful. They made the whole experience easy and smooth. Time flew cuz it was a delightful experience. Amanda is great at their craft and have excellent customer service. You can trust their expertise. I had such a great experience with Sasha for my belly button piercing. From the start, she was incredibly thorough, she walked me through the entire process, made sure everything was clean and precise, and took her time to get the placement just right. What really stood out to me was how reassuring she was. I was a little nervous going in, but she made me feel completely comfortable and confident the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The piercing itself turned out perfect, and the whole experience felt safe, professional, and actually enjoyable. I absolutely love this place. The staff, the environment, the jewelry, and overall the cleanliness. I have had the owner remove several dermal for me and she does so, painlessly. No scar and oh so quickly. They have the most beautiful and high quality jewelry ever. She has also done my Monroe and it healed perfectly. If you ever need any piercing or tatttoo done , this is definitely the place to go too.

Really cute and clean shop, lovingly decorated, with a large and varied jewelry selection. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and Sasha did a FANTASTIC job getting visually balanced piercings on my very-not-symmetrical eyebrows. I will be back for future piercing and jewelry needs!
