I’m out here from the Bay and the staff here has made my experience so special. Every person was so knowledgeable and friendly even thought it was late at night and I’m sure they were tired. It was nice that we were all given a space to sit while members of our party got tattoos. I am nervous regarding tattoos but they made it so easy, understandable, and supportive. I’m SOO happy i went like yes. Ali in particular was such a positive vibe and supportive energy. He really helped in making the space feel held and vibey. I will always come back whenever I’m in LA. So awesome!

I spent so much on cheap piercings. The piercings i got started to turn my skin black the same day i got them done! My piercer also was very aggressive and didn’t say the basic things while about to pierce me. So it hurt 10x more than it should’ve although he was kind everyone seemed so annoyed and was laying down! Not one single greeting from the workers just the guy at the front . Although this was a walkin last minute thing i still didn’t feel welcomed by anyone. I wish everyone there was more energetic and said hi at least. Please do better with welcoming your customers!

Me and my girl came to get pierced/jewelry and both of ours felt very cheap and were very easy to come off which led to a second visit elsewhere to get pierced again. Also we saw a cockroach upstairs.
