I've been meaning to get a tattoo for years now of specifically my cats' paw prints. I was looking around and trying to find someone that can do this justice as they're both my world and a tattoo is permanent. Ria was my artist and she is so talented and amazing with her art! She did my first ever tattoo and put such care and detail behind it - I can't stop staring at it. I'm so in love with it! The studio itself is so spacious and beautiful too - I'd highly recommend this place along with Ria to anyone who is looking to get a tattoo. She has great attention to detail as well - it's really crazy just how she replicated the paw prints. Thank you again Ria!

We are still blown away by how real our tattoos by Ria looks. I searched and searched for the right artist to memorialize our best boy, Steel and so glad we found Ria. I cannot rave enough about how detailed, how realistic and how gentle she is with her tattoo gun. I’ve gotten my share of tatttoos and she is by far one of the most skilled artists I’ve come across. My husband and I both got tattooed by her in a day and she was able to get both of us in. The studio is beautiful, clean and the whole experience was effortless. I couldn't be more happy with my tattoo from Abii! I was lucky to snag a spot with her while she was doing guest work in San Francisco. The process of working with her team on booking and creating my design was easy and I appreciated the opportunity to review and refine the design. It came out so much more beautifully then I could have ever expected, and healed perfectly. The colors are so vibrant most people don't realize it's a tattoo at first. I appreciated Abii's warmth, artistry and professionalism. I can't wait to book my next tattoo with her!

I recently booked an appointment with Ria through her Instagram booking link and found the entire process to be seamless and well-organized. Her assistant, Jin, promptly reached out to assist with tattoo sizing, placement, reference photos, and securing my deposit while scheduling a convenient date and time. Closer to my appointment, Ria shared several beautifully edited example photos, all of which were excellent and exactly what I was looking for. Upon arrival, I was impressed by VISM, easily the cleanest tattoo studio I’ve visited. The shop is conveniently located in the heart of the Arts District in LA, with ample metered and free parking nearby. Ria greeted me warmly and was incredibly kind, attentive, and compassionate. Knowing the tattoo was a memorial piece for my family dog of 16 years, she took time to listen to stories about him before beginning. The session was efficient, completed in under three hours. At the end, she thoughtfully asked if there was anything I’d like her to adjust, add, or refine. She even enhanced several details afterward, resulting in a truly perfect piece. The entire experience was exceptional, easily a 100/10. Ria clearly takes great pride in her work, and the final result reflects her talent and care. I will definitely be returning to VISM for future tattoos and highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality work and a professional, heartfelt experience. Thank you, Ria!

This past weekend I got my first tattoo by Ria ( @tattooist_kimria) in honor of my dog Hailey’s passing 1 year ago. I felt like I got extremely lucky finding Ria, and the timing of it all worked so well that I was able to get set up on the 1-year anniversary of her passing. It was everything I could have asked for, and more. I had been to a couple of places to get quotes, and they didn’t really sit there and take the time to understand this tattoo was really important to me, not only that it’s my first, but that it was in memoriam of my dog of 15 years. I got a response quickly after submitting my information through VISM’s website and began working on the scheduling and detail of the tattoo, sending photos over to Ria and her team for review. Ria came up with multiple designs and sent those, I think I knew in a matter of seconds because one of the photos felt like I could see Hailey's eyes again, it was honestly crazy. We worked through the final details, with Ria allowing me to make changes to the certain areas of the design, and she got it dialed in and sent over a few days before and it was perfect. I got to the studio and immediately felt comfortable in the space. Ria was great at working with my – this is my first tattoo and I went chest, too which all my friends built up that it would be painful. I was in the chair for maybe 2.5 hours total, didn’t have to break at all. Ria was great at checking in with my throughout, but those 2.5 hours allowed me time to think back through the 15 years of Hailey and I’s time together. It was truly a one of a kind experience, and one that I had been hoping to have with my first tattoo since I though of the idea. Ria was great in everyway and VISM Studio’s support and direction on how to prepare for the tattoo, payment process, and all that was easy to understand. I highly recommend Ria if you are looking to memorialize your pup or kitty – I can’t wait to see the finished result here in a month once it is fully healed. It’s still so crazy how she got Hailey’s eyes!
