The employees here were super kind and welcoming for a person like me coming in for the first time. They were quick and very professional with my ear being to provide me with extra information on how to take care of my newly acquired piercing.👌

From start to finish, this tattoo studio felt well run and welcoming. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, creating an environment that felt calm and inviting. The staff was friendly and professional, making sure everything was clearly explained and that I felt comfortable the entire time. That level of care really stood out. Got my first big girl piercing here! Piercer was nice and didn’t prolong the process at all. I was nervous but the process was efficient and fun.

My first tattoo done my Balam. He did a great job. At first I was nervous about the outcome, however upon recognizing all the awards he’s won, it immediately calmed my nerves and I knew I was in good hands. Greeted by his wife who was really friendly and pierced another client with quickness and efficiency, along with another artist there tattooing another client behind me. I peeped at the tattoo and that piece was also already coming out amazing. You can tell this is a great team, I will be coming back to Balam. Good people and good vibes.

If you are looking for an amazing tattoo artist, look no more. Very friendly, welcoming, and caring team. Open to late hours. Very nice location too. Restaurants close by and freeway as well.
