Do not get a bridge piercing here!!! October of 2024 I came to Chameleon to get a bridge piercing, I was checked for anatomy and my piercer, Ember, said I had the correct anatomy so we went ahead with the piercing. Not a good piercing. First, the bar was way too small, which is not good for the healing process and the skin can swell over. Second the piercing was very noticeably crooked, and to top it off the piercing never healed even 12 months later (crusts, bleeding, and redness). I recently went to another (better) piercing shop in a different town to get the bridge checked and was told I obviously never had the correct anatomy in the first place!! I'm so disappointed because I'm down $100+, I had a bad healing process, and now I've got significant scars and hyperpigmentation from the rejection. I have friends who had good experiences for nostril and ear piercings here, but after my experience I cannot recommend the shop.

Laura was amazing! My nose piercing had come off and Laura was able to put my jewelry back on with ease and quickly. Been coming to Chameleon this for a few months now and every time have had a great experience. highly recommend!

Mark is AMAZING! Just a good dude. Getting a coverup and Mark has amazing ideas! Normally guys freak me out (I have severe trauma), Mark made me feel super comfortable and safe. I doubt I'll go anywhere else. So, go support your local shop and hit up chameleon ink!

A couple of months ago, I came into the store looking to get double vertical labret as an early birthday gift from my boyfriend. Long story short, a staff member that peirced my lip was going through, a, what I presume, mental breakdown, which ended up with my bottom lip being severely bruised, sore, painful, and left my mind completely confused on the uncomfortable conversation about Charlie Kirk plus women being the cause of evil? The price of said ruined piercing was non the less expensive plus, unfortunately, not worth the saying "pain is gain". Going through trial and error of trying to fix said double labrets, fortunately, Corlee (a very lovely person) saved my lip before any damage was done. Although my labrets are still a bit wonky, there's only so much to be done to an already butchered peircing job. The only complaints I have are 1. Prices are crazy 2. Allowing such madness to happen

Very good staff that sterilized all piercings in a machine before putting them in my ear(which I appreciate tremendously!!)

I would just like to give sensitive skin or metal sensitivity people a warning I went and got pierced by someone here great experience but the metal they use is not high quality watch out for the Invictus brand mental I’m not judging the shop just the cheap material this Invictus company is not certified for the tittle “implant grade” I have a high sensitivity to certain metals and am having a reaction to it and I’m 95% sure they charged me for a downsize that I will not go there for because of the cheap metal if your not sensitive skinned or don’t have a metal sensitivity totally go here but if you are go to old school tattoo and piercing they have a better brand metal of a higher Quality. Funny tho cuz when I was 14 I got my nose pierced and have had zero issues with it maybe this shop switched the brand they used before but love the people and the good work just not the metal used.

got my nose pierced here a few months ago with a friend. theirs went well and they have no issue, but mine is crooked and i can’t even find the other side of my piercing spot. when i was pierced, it was high up in my nose and extremely painful.
