IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I paid a deposit and made my appointment. They decided to move and didn’t notify me they were canceling my appointment. Wess is ignoring me and refusing my refund. It’s $90 and I’m a teenager who has bills. Ridiculous, I’ve messaged over 10 times in the last few weeks. Needless to say I am more then pissed and they have horrible communication.

I went in for a nose piercing and Beth was very kind and experienced, did an amazing job quickly with very little pain! Thanks, I'll be back again! :)

worst tat i’ll ever get I was charged $120 for this piece I much rather have been charged $300 and for the artist to take his time. open unfinished lines, line work super shakey, first couple days I was in extreme pain loads of swelling (haven’t had that with other tats), shading is mediocre and i can’t bare to look at this piece on my arm for the rest of my life definitely cannot wait for the fully healed stage to go to a better artist to figure out how to even fix this. super embarrassing to have it on my arm definitely disappointed in what I got from an artist who claims to have 20+ years of experience

went got tat done left with deep cut open lines and horrible swelling got my knee done else where and never even had a problem with swelling can’t even put my arm down without pain super disappointed

The guy that did my tattoo did amazing he was nice polite and very awesome to work with especially with the tattoo I wanted.

My new place to go for all my ink work. JR is absolutely fantastic and does phenomenal color work.

Horrible customer service alone with a Apprentice who has no knowledge and is able to do whatever she wants.... Super unprofessional...
