If anyone wants to get a piercing done here I HIGHLY recommend Missy! Today I got my nostril pierced and she was amazing. She tells you step by step what she is going to do, answers all questions and just so kind and gentle. Thank you again Missy for my new piercing, I love it!

I recently had a 2 polar bears tattoos done by Mike at Black Lotus tattoos studio and I could not be happier with the results. The level of detail in the polar bear's fur is absolutely incredible; it looks so realistic and you can see every single hair. Mike also perfectly captured the subtle shading and texture, which gives the tattoo so much depth and makes it truly beautiful. Mike was a true professional from start to finish. He was patient, listened to my idea, and offered great suggestions that enhanced the final design. The Studio is beautiful, extremely clean and very comfortable, the staff was great, caring and fun, the entire experience was fantastic. If you are looking for a talented artist who specializes in detailed, realistic work, I highly recommend Mike or any of the other artists. I'm already planning my next piece with Mike!

This is the worst piercing shop I have ever been to. The front desk workers were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I have never met such uncaring, cold, self-absorbed individuals at a piercing shop. (Additionally, they discriminate based on what you look like, which is not appreciated). Will not be coming back. Do not come here.

Missy helped plan curations for both my ears and was so, so patient and kind and wonderful. She made the process as painless as piercing can be and her enthusiasm is so cute. Total pro and wonderful human.

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2018. A simple earring installment for purchasing opal studs. I was seven minutes late for my appointment and was not seen. The earrings take 10 minutes to sterilize and 2 minuted to install for a 30 minute window booking. Being turned away and forced to reschedule and not given any immediate options to even book same day was a true example of poor customer service and accommodation. I asked Jessica the manager if a one time exception could be made for being seven minutes late and was told there are no exceptions. I have to get the earrings replaced after having medical procedures and have paid five times in the past to do so. Not to mention, there’s an issue with the website and booking online. I have a log in and couldn’t get a link to reset my password. I’ve referred people to this business for years and will no longer do so.

I recently had the most amazing experience at Black Lotus Tattoo! Erika was phenomenal—knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. I got both nipples pierced so I was a little nervous when I first arrived. She made the process smooth and easy. She took her time, which made me feel completely comfortable right from the start. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, providing great customer service that truly stood out. The studio itself is breathtaking and incredibly clean! The atmosphere is so inviting, making it a perfect place to relax while getting a tattoo or piercing. Honestly, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had at a tattoo/piercing studio. Got my first second and probably all other tattoos here. Great people and excellent quality. If you're looking for a top notch tattoo parlor this is it. All the artists seem to do great work but I have only used one but have seen lots of there work and they all seem like top notch professionals.
