I used to got to Mystics for almost 20 years. They closed done and I was in need of a new go-to that I could rely on, knew what they were doing, were trustworthy, and could also maintain proper hygiene procedures. Not to mention I wanted to find a place where the staff wasn’t a bunch of unprofessional people poking holes in your body, getting paid, and really couldn’t care less about how things go after that…. I went to the Crofton location and it didn’t take me long before I knew I had finally found a shop that could pick up where Mystics left off. Oh and I liked their overall atmosphere and music. It didn’t have to be quite THAT nice! They alone had me sold. So overall it presents well and serves perfectly. Thanks! I’ll be back.

I had a terrible experience at this tattoo shop when I brought my daughter (a minor, with my consent) for her first tattoo. The artist, a white lady named Hailey , came across as very rude and even gave off racist vibes in the way she treated us. Instead of respectfully explaining things in private, she loudly embarrassed my daughter in front of strangers, telling her she couldn’t get the tattoo in the area she wanted because “it would fade over time.” That’s fine if you want to give professional input, but the way she handled it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of that, we waited over TWO HOURS for nothing, only to be dismissed in a very condescending manner. If you care about being treated with respect, your time being valued, and a professional environment, I would NOT recommend this shop. Completely disappointing experience. Worst experience ever for someone coming to ask about their first tattoo. COMPLETE I’M WASTE OF TIME . Like this lady yelled what she should not get if you’re paying for a service then do what you were TRAINED to do. Made US sign paperwork, thinking we were going to get the tattoo, but should’ve looked at her age as soon as as we walked in The receptionist someone should’ve told the tattoo artist her age before she wanted to come out and decide that she wasn’t going to do it where she wanted it. We could’ve been told that in the first 10 minutes instead of having us wait for close to three hours That’s something you could say respectfully, but the way she did it was uncalled for. We sat there for two hours just to be treated like that. No respect for our time, no professionalism, and no basic courtesy. If you want to be treated with dignity and not looked down on, don’t waste your time here. If you want to get a tattoo, Haley is not the one to give you personally what you want for yourself she wants to give all this input on what she should would get or what XYZ the next person would get!

Emily was really sweet and chill, there wasn’t a lot of people at the shop the time I got there which eased my nerves. I was in a hurry to get back to someone but next time I see her I’ll definitely tip! Very cautious with my nipples. 💙

Went and had mine and the wife's nipples pierced, no pain at all, a little burning experience. Piercer was an expert in her craft, very clean and friendly place. I would recommend this place to anyone second, guessing to get this done, it's not that bad.

Charlie is the best. Great piercer, not clumsy, easy going personality that puts nervous folks at ease. Thank you!

This is a warning for anyone that will get thier lobes pierced ask for the needle not gun they openly advertise oth even tho they are only meant to use sterile needles of they were truly professionals. The service was terrific but the fact I didn't get to choose needle or gun is why the review is low. Why piercing gun is bad Piercing guns use a blunt stud to force a hole through the skin, which can cause tissue damage, swelling, and longer healing times. Needles, on the other hand, create a clean, precise incision. Piercing guns typically use pre-loaded, limited jewelry options with blunt ends, which can trap fluids and bacteria, increasing the risk of infection and complications. Using a piercing gun on cartilage (the firm, flexible tissue in the ear) can cause severe damage, including shattering the cartilage and leading to deformities. Piercing guns can be less accurate than needle piercings, potentially leading to crooked or poorly placed piercings. Piercing guns are often made of plastic, which cannot be sterilized in an autoclave (a machine that uses high-pressure steam to kill bacteria and viruses). This can lead to an increased risk of infection. A photo of thier website promoting gun piercing will be posted

Rude, unfriendly, and over priced. There is a white male piercer with a bunch of tattoos who has the WORST customer service. He doesn’t introduce himself or speak to customers which makes the experience very cold and awkward. He called my name and didn’t say hello, how are you.. just nothing. I came in for a jewelry change. He didn’t clean the new jewelry and just instructed me to turn my head to the side. I chose a stud earring for my Tragus piercing which was $22. I don’t know the POST to the earring is sold separately. Ended up paying $50 bucks. Work on your customer service Crofton.

I brought my teen daughter here to get her lobes pierced and wound up getting an ear piercing myself. I love the walk in availability for piercings, it made it so easy to get done when we both had the time. The wait wasn't terribly long for it being on a walk-in basis on a busy day. Regardless of the wait we didn't feel rushed through the piercing, the piercer was thorough and took her time with each of us. The facility was clean and the waiting area was very pleasant. The staff was helpful, we were checked in promptly and had others check on us to make sure we weren't waiting for assistance after we'd been helped. I was on the fence about getting my piercing done because I didn't want to crowd a walk-in schedule but once I was there I didn't feel like an imposition at all. It was a great experience and I plan to return in the future.

Love that they are a walking piercing. But you have to make an appointment for the tattoos. I will continue to get my piercings there. Great place and the staff are super nice
