My sisters and I were on a trip to Denver and last minute reached out to Adam to see if he could squeeze us in before we left. He was so accommodating and was wonderful to work with! Great company and great work, would definitely return next time we’re in Denver!

Really kind people who are really good at their jobs. Didn’t get the person at the front desk’s name but they were super helpful. Candace is a pro and I would totally request her in the future 🙂❤️🙂

Everyone there is considered family to me at this point. Candace is the only one allowed to pierce me, Lol. Clean, professional, super relaxed environment, beat music in the background. Even when they're busy, always get you in faster then they say. Will always recommend and continue going here.

Candace is AMAZING!!!! after a horrible experience at a other piercing place, we found our way to Bound by Design. Candace educated my daughter on her belly button piercing, made sure she was comfortable before she did anything, talked her through everything all while keeping such an upbeat and fun personality. The lady at the front was amazing as well. I will definitely be back for future piercings/tattoos! Thank you !!!

Tiffany did a great job of downsizing my jewelry and talking me through everything she was doing. It made me feel very safe and comfortable. I can't remember the lady who pierced my partner and I but she did a great job as well. All our piercings have healed great and with ease!

My husband and I had an amazing experience today at Bound by Design and the staff was super friendly. The amazing selection of jewellery and shout out to the front desk guy with the blonde hair who was extremely helpful he took the time to find a 7/8 glass plug and he was patient with me and just wonderful to talk too.. Another shoutout to Patrick who did my gauges I went from 3/4 to 7/8 and Patrick was very honest and caring he made me feel relaxed and talked to me throughout the process and he made sure I felt comfortable you can tell Patrick enjoys doing what he does... Living in Colorado Springs none of my piercings shops out there doesn't do that size so I made the drive to Bound by Design and it's worth it.. Thank you 🩷✨
