This place was awesome! My daith piercing fell out at home and they helped me get it back in. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and professional! The studio was super clean and cozy. They also had the coolest merch! I will definitely come back here for my next piercing! Highly recommend!

Grace did my piercing appointment today to reopen my ear piercings- I have missed wearing earrings. Grace put me at ease and patiently explained everything she was doing. I should have done this sooner- it was fast and easy. The staff at the studio were welcoming and professional.

I love this place. The folks working the reception area were lovely and kind. Grace, my piercer, is amazing too! She's knowledgeable and practices safe and sterile/hygienic piercing practices. Her instagram is @crushedbevel The selection of piercing jewelry was nice, though I wished to see more pieces in white gold rather than yellow gold. Also, there's plenty of free parking right in front of the shop. 10/10

Wonderful experience! Setting up an appointment was easy and quick over the phone with a very friendly worker. I was set with Grace for my septum piercing and they were just a doll! She was extremely knowledgeable and a delight. I had brought a friend along for my appointment and we both had a great experience with Grace, cracking some jokes here and there while also working me through the process. She did notify me that I had a slightly deviated septum but that my " Sweet spot" was still accessible. Even with the deviation they got the piercing perfectly positioned and straight. After she gave me an aftercare card including the information of what gauge I got. Grace was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. The drive to Madison was slightly lengthy but I would say 100% worth the trip and would love to come back for any future piercings!

Quick scheduling and friendly staff! Erin Cawley performed my nostril piercing and did a fantastic job! She had great bedside manner and was thorough in explaining the process, aftercare, etc. Will definitely return for any piercing/tattoo needs! Thanks again, Erin!
