pierced my septum crooked, didn't even look 2x before she pierced me, not to mention i was her first customer of the day. she hadn’t made not one marking or to see if it was even in the right place, isnt even close to my sweet spot… be careful were you guys go not everyone is a professional.

Sheri was amazing! My friend and I went in together. She was getting her 3rd lobe piercing, and I was getting an inner conch piercing. Sheri took her time with us to explain how she would be doing the piercing, what the jewelry options were, and gave us multiple options for locations (she walked us through things like symmetrical placings vs. placings that would look best for the type of jewelry we would wear most) to make sure we were getting it in the best placement possible. She was so quick yet so gentle when it came time to do the actual piercing. The jewelry looks incredible (love a flat back!) and wasn't an additional cost. She guided us through the cleaning process and showed us a cleanser without pushing the product. She also told us about other options for cleansers in case we didn't want to buy it there. All in all, we were in and out super quickly without feeling like we were rushed. Sheri made us feel comfortable and confident that we were getting great service. Take any review with a grain of salt, especially ones talking about the healing of their piercings. Piercings can be wild, and different people have different reactions depending on the piercing and how seriously they take the aftercare process. We were treated incredibly well, paid a great price, and were reassured we could return if we needed anything. All in all, Sheri is wonderful, and I will be back for more piercings!

My experience here was not great. I came in for a conch piercing and told Sheri that I wanted to eventually put a hoop in it but for now a stud would be fine. She insisted that a hoop would be fine and put one in. Fast forward a day and half later, and the pain has been steadily increasing, to the point that I woke up in the middle of the night crying on day 2. Sheri had told me if I had any issues to come back in, so I waited until they were supposed to open at noon the next day and no one was there! I called and their voicemail states that they are not there unless they have an appointment and they do not check their voicemail. I ended up having to go elsewhere and pay an extra $50 to get my jewelry swapped there, and was informed there that the hoop she used was at least 2/32” too small. I do not trust and would not recommend this place for piercings, and I will not be returning. Update: The pain did not subside after swapping jewelry, so I went to urgent care. Turns out my conch piercing was also infected. 10 days of antibiotics later and I am finally able to sleep on my side again.

My daughter and I just had Sheri do both of our nose piercings, and she was such a gem! Sweet, informative, and talented with the jewelry placement. Both piercings are healing well and looking good!

While staff was kind and respectful, I was given incorrect healing/ cleaning practices along with the fact that the nipple piercing is far deeper than it should be and still has yet to heal even well over a year later. As well as the unsanitary conditions in which the piercing was done, meaning no gloves were used during the piercing process. As recommended by another studio I will be removing and replacing this at a completely different time with the correct placement.

not good organization with the appointments system, or "consultation", unfortunately cause their work is really good. but this logistics issues make you go to other artist.

Sheri is absolutely amazing! I went in to get my seconds redone and, as someone who only got piercings at Claire's when they were younger, thought I'd have to get them redone. She was able to clean them out and put earrings in no problem after 5+ years of being earring-less! I had such a great time talking to her and would have loved to chat for hours! She is very knowledgeable and seemed more than happy to talk me through her thought process and what she recommends. This place is my new piercing studio for sure!
