I've been in for 3 different sessions now and all 3 were absolutely amazing. Joe is my guy, and does phenomenal work. Facilities are great, and the interactions I have had with everyone there is top notch. As long as I am in Wisconsin, I will go see Joe and Ultimate Arts.

Joe said he didn’t need notes for what I wanted on my tattoo, said he was a professional and “knows the menu” so he would remember everything I had told him for my designs and what I wanted , then tattoo day comes and the sketch was nothing to what I wanted it to flow and it’s been like weeks prior to setting this up, and I literally had to find a style LAST MINUTE to put on my body. And still wanted to charge 1200 when it was half the size we agreed on,
