Fenix Tattoo and Piercing

I can’t thank Ty enough for the care and generosity he showed me. I came in with an infected dermal, and not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also removed it for me free of charge. His main concern was supporting my healing and making sure I was safe and comfortable throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely puts people first, and I’m so grateful for his kindness. Highly recommend Ty if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about both the work and the person.

Called for a walk-in appointment for my girlfriend’s birthday. The owner of the shop, Ty picked up. I don’t understand why there are some reviews describing him in a negative light. This guy has been tattooing for several years, owns his own shop, has accomplished a lot. I don’t blame him for taking pride in his work let alone himself! He’s a great conversationalist; sarcastic and witty humor. He was attentive to the tattoo placement and redid it to make sure it was not only to his liking but to my girlfriend’s liking as well! If you’re not open to challenging conversations whether it’s something you agree or disagree with, then a session with Ty maybe uncomfortable for you, but my girlfriend and I love different insights on matters and in the end even with minor disagreements, I still had respect for Ty. Tattoo was a pretty good price especially with him offering a free touch up the next time we’re in the city!

Needed my nose ring removed in a pinch and at a late hour none the less. Super nice staff, very friendly, they did it in a minute, and refused any payment. Definitely coming back for my next piercing.

Went here yesterday to get snake bite piercings. First I told the piercer that I wanted to put rings in them. He said alright and then COMPLETELY botched my piercings. They both were completely crooked on the inside. The metal they pierced me with was surgical steel that was EXTERNALLY THREADED, which I would have NOT GOTTEN if I knew that was the piercing going in my body. The piercer talked me through the process talking extremely quickly and did not go over aftercare very well. I had to ask questions about mouthwash and eating for them to tell me about it. We were sitting in the shop for a while because my friend was getting a tattoo. I looked at my lips and I noticed that my right side had no extra room so I asked the lady behind the desk if I needed a longer bar and she assured me I had more than enough room. I left and 4 hours go by and my lip is totally eating my piercing. I went to a different shop in my hometown and they told me that this place was not reputable due to the fact they pierced me completely crooked, with external threading and bad metal. I had to get my piercings taken out after I spent 130$ at this place. Totally stole my money.

Got a septum and ear piercing, was clean and fast. It's been a few days now, and haven't had any problems. Would recommend and go again.

Super quick, no hassle, professional, clean and well practiced in piercings. Very kind to my daughter and made her feel comfortable when piercing her ears. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you from your friends from Montana!

Came in on no notice to help remove a forward helix piercing that was in rough shape. Folks were extremely kind and Ty pulled the mangled metal out of my ear quickly and gave me a good cleaning. Very grateful for this shop
