Amazing quality service. Great communication and flexibility. Great atmosphere and vibes along with awesome people! Highly recommend wont be disappointed
Came up to Seattle for my birthday weekend. I wanted to get a tattoo as a birthday gift to myself and I saw reviews on Cleopatra and decided to come here. The atmosphere is very clean, had good music playing and everyone was dressed super professional. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. My tattoo came out soooo good! Highly recommend them for all your tattoo and piercing needs!
Got to walk in the same day. Very clean and professional!
Clean, fast and efficient! We were a walk-in, and not quite sure what to expect. We couldn’t have had a better experience.
WARNING: INFECTIONS Awful experience. I don’t usually post reviews, but this was truly a nightmare. I booked an appointment online and requested to speak with one of their artists beforehand to discuss the design. They told me I wouldn’t know which artist would do my tattoo until the day of the appointment. Their system works so that one artist helps you create the design, but a different artist actually tattoos you — something I’ve never heard of before. This setup leaves a lot of room for miscommunication, which is exactly what happened. I finalized my design with the first artist: two leaf outlines (no shading), one in black and one in green. Very simple tattoo. When it came to actually tattooing the design, the second artist needed translations and misunderstood my instructions. He outlined the entire tattoo in black, and since I was lying on my stomach, I couldn’t see the work in progress. Hoping to “fix” it, he suggested adding green shading. I ended up with a fully colored tattoo, which is the opposite of what I wanted. The tattooing process was also extremely heavy-handed, and during healing, it became severely infected. While the shop did respond to my emails and offered aftercare advice, they didn’t recommend seeking medical help early enough. I had to go to urgent care three times, take two rounds of antibiotics, and use an antibiotic ointment. Recommendations for the shop: - Use the same artist for both design and tattooing to avoid miscommunication. - If infection is suspected, advise clients to seek medical attention immediately. It has been almost a month, and the tattoo still looks awful. I wish I had gone elsewhere.
I went here because of the positive reviews and thought it would be a great experience, but I was very disappointed. After speaking with the designer, I was shocked at the price. He wanted $500 just for the design and booking, reassuring me it would go toward the final cost. However, he quoted me $3,000 for three small tattoos. I told him no way, and when I was about to leave, he tried negotiating. I eventually agreed to $2,000, which still felt like way too much. I expected this to be the best tattoo I’ve ever gotten, but the quality did not match the price at all. I have a full sleeve, so I know what good tattoos cost, and this was not worth it. I waited three months before saying something, but honestly, if you’re planning to go here, just know it’s extremely overpriced.
Fast and artists are easy to work with
4 people walking in for a tattoo at 8pm didn’t know what to expect especially from being out of state. The staff were supportive and were excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Very professional! Super clean and attentive to detail. If ever back in Seattle, will definitely make a trip back!
Love the place and the artist are great
