My experience was delightful. Julia was my piercer and she was a pleasure to work with. We did a VCH piercing on me. Julia made the process a breeze. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything throughly. Defiantly will be coming back to this location.

Josh is amazing. He took my idea and made it even more spectacular than I could have hoped for.

Whew! So I ended up getting my tragus pierced again because the first time (done by a different place) was just all wrong 😩—weeks of irritation and annoying pain later, I had to take it out. This time, I went somewhere new and the vibe was different from the jump! The staff was super knowledgeable, and after hearing about their experience, they recommended Bri as the person to go to. I trusted their judgment, Bri did NOT disappoint! The process was smooth, quick, and nowhere near as painful as the first time. She very gentle! Bri, thank you for getting me right! Love them!!

The owner I believe put in a piercing for me that I paid for and if fell out 3 days later. So I went back to see if they would put it back in since it fell out so soon (I guess they didn’t put it in right or all the way) but they tried to charge me again for it even tho I already paid (like $115) so I’d avoid this place if you don’t want to waste ur money. This is my second time back and the first time the piercing they sold me broke in less than a month but I was desperate. Don’t come here even if your desperate cause then u will be even sadder. Nice people but seem money hungry

Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable on what jewelry would work best for my super sensitive skin. 10/10 will be returning again for my next piercing.

I called today and spoke to Sierra. Just seemed like she really would give any answer that didn't involve her having to work. I just asked about artists and services and she deflected anything that might involve some effort. Given the permanent nature of this industry, I would recommend going somewhere else where employees put just the tiniest effort into personal needs.

They helped me put a piercing back in that had fallen out. Quick and almost painless
