Beautiful shop with very helpful staff! Went in on a whim to get a new nose post. Was fit in immediately even though an appointment is typical.

Michael is the best…he is a natural creative and I cannot thank him enough for doing my piece today!!! One of my favorites and I recommend asking for him as he has never let me down.

I had the pleasure of having Linsey as my tattoo artist, and I cannot praise her work enough! The entire process from calling to schedule a consultation, to Linsey executing my vision, was entirely flawless. I provided a general idea of what I wanted, with real life photos of my cats. She made me feel at ease and cared about providing me with a great experience. With so many tattoo business in the Hampton Roads, it was challenging making the decision, but I made the right choice in choosing The Collective

Celebrating 42 trips around the sun! I finally took the plunge and got the tattoo I've always wanted. I’m a crazy plant lady, so I decided id pay a little homage to my obsession. No words can describe how much I love my new piece. @kariartdesu is incredibly talented and was such pleasure to work with. I can’t wait to go back for something new. If you’re looking to get some botanical ink done this is the place to do it.

Decided to come here to get re-pierced after seeing tons of recommendations for Ryan. He was fantastic and very efficient. I was in the piercing room for maybe 5 minutes, if that. He was thorough and made sure to double check placement since the previous piercing I had gotten at a different shop was not quite placed correctly. The overall atmosphere of the shop was great and really well curated. Everyone I came to contact with was friendly and welcoming. Services were priced reasonably as well. It was very easy to book an appointment on their website as well. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get a piercing.

The Asian woman that did me and my fiancé’s tattoo’s didn’t do entirely bad however on mine she was very heavy handed and pretty inconsistent throughout. The overall design was met but there were some gaps and incomplete lines. She kinda rushed through the tattoo which is why it ended the way it did. I had a family known artist touch it up after a few weeks and the difference in definition is obvious. The first picture is after she did it and the second is right after I got it touched up and you can see the difference for yourself. Overall it’s not the worst as I’ve seen and have better but she could have done a better job.

Made an appt online for a facial piercing and the process was really easy. Kimmy at the front desk was incredibly sweet and explained the jewelry/metals and helped me pick a color. Ryan did the piercing and it was a breeze. Super professional and laid back, put me right at ease. Had the cleaning and hygiene supplies available for purchase at the front desk. Will absolutely come back for my next piercing.

we wanted to go check out some earrings they had so i could come back tomorrow and get my ears pierced but we found that 1. they only take appointments and 2. if your under 18 you need your birth certificate. as someone who came to Virginia Beach on vacation, i didn’t have it on me and we had to go somewhere else
