Amazing experience with Hailey!! Quickest piercings and has the best jewelry!

Came by on a whim to get my lobes pierced, was worried that I would need an appointment but the girl there was really nice and took me right away. Shop was nice and clean, friendly atmosphere. The piercer (hailey I think) provided thorough aftercare and I’m stoked on the jewelry I chose. Will definitely be back, thanks all!

Got a nostril & helix piercing done by Hailey and was blown away by the amazing experience. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, has a great jewelry selection and made me leave feeling better than when I arrived. 15/10 recommend!

I saw Hailey for my ear piercings and she did a real good job. She uses high quality metals for her piercings. My low score is based on her after care/customer service. She is terrible to respond to text messages. I was having issues with one of my piercings not healing properly and I couldn't get her to respond to my messages about my concerns. Her "office" hours are minimal and even though she offers follow up appointments/well check visits as part of her service, she is only available for these "free" appointment one day a week during the day for a few hours. I work during the week and scheduling an appointment during this time wasn't possible. I told her this which she never gave me a response. I now need to order another pair of earings with the shorter backs and she isn't responding to me. I think this job is just a hobby for her and she works whenever she feels like it.

From the moment I arrived, she made me feel super welcome and comfortable. She explained the whole process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt totally at ease before starting. Her setup was spotless and professional, and the actual piercing was super quick and way easier than I expected. She has such a calm, confident vibe that really helped me relax. She also gave detailed aftercare instructions and some great tips to make sure it heals properly. I’m absolutely in love with how it looks—it’s perfectly placed and already healing beautifully. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, gentle, and truly knows their stuff, Hailey is the one! Highly recommend her for any piercing, especially if it’s your first time or you’re feeling a little nervous.

I have gotten multiple piercings done here throughout the last year and a half, every one of them always turned out great. Anytime I needed help or questions answered, I reached out and always eased my mind. Will be back!

I was given WAY too short of a bar for my nostril piercing and it instantly got so infected and left an indent in my nose after I followed the aftercare instructions exactly how they were given.
