Me and friend had decided to get our noses pierced here because they were doing a 20 dollar piercing promotion. Honestly the piercer was a bit standoffish and seem like she was in a rush even do there only one person after us. Also before starting our piercing answer a personal phone call with the same gloves she used to pierce my friends nose and honestly that should have being red flag number one. Didn’t give me or my friend any information on any aftercare or just how the piercing might heal and what we should look for if it rejecting. When it did start healing my nose was on fire and I thought it was because the jewelry was to small so I went back and she gave me a longer bar but it still was irritating my nose. My friend was also having such an issue with her healing process to so we both change our jewelry into other that we already had and it got much better from there. I don’t know if the jewelry they use is of lower quality or what but I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.

I honestly cannot recommend this shop for piercings after my experience. I went in to get a nose piercing done by Macy during a flash sale, and right away the whole appointment felt rushed and careless. She didn’t take the time to explain what she was doing, didn’t walk me through any of the process, and most importantly, gave me no aftercare instructions at all. Even though I’ve had several piercings before and know how to take care of them, I still expect a professional piercer to provide guidance and advice, especially since every piercing can be a little different. That extra bit of care and professionalism was completely missing here. At first, I thought everything was fine, but about two weeks later my piercing started to get irritated and developed a bump. I initially blamed myself, thinking maybe I had been over-cleaning or doing something wrong. However, after looking into it more, I realized the issue was actually the cheap jewelry they put in. I had an allergic reaction to it, and my body was beginning to reject the piercing. As soon as I switched to high-quality jewelry (titanium and real gold I already owned), the bump almost immediately started going down and healing properly. This shows me that the shop cut corners with their jewelry quality, which is unacceptable. What made the experience worse was Macy’s attitude during the appointment. She came across as unprofessional, dismissive, and like she just wanted to get it over with. There was no care, no reassurance, and no effort to make the experience a good one. Getting a piercing is supposed to be exciting, but instead it felt uncomfortable and very “I don’t care” from start to finish. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience, and I feel like both the quality of service and the jewelry provided were subpar. If you’re considering getting pierced here, I’d suggest finding a shop that actually takes the time to use safe, high-quality materials and treats their customers with respect.

I came in with my daughter for an industrial piercing in June and the lady who did is was so rude, had zero bedside manner. Did not talk us through anything, did not even mark it and show us where it would go or how it would look. Not even so much as any after care instructions. Now we have had so much problems with the healing process and honestly are not happy at all with the placement of it either. The placement was so far off and I believe it was from how rushed she was while doing it. It seemed like she actually wanted it to hurt with how she behave during the piercing process. I’ve had multiple piercings before at other places and have never experienced such a TERRIBLE piercing experience and aftermath! I hope whoever reads this steers clear of this rude older lady for piercing and whoever is in charge here talks to her about professionalism and bedside manner.

I got my Helix done by Macy and she is by far the best piercer I’ve ever experienced. It took less than a minute to do, quick and painless.(and only $30!) I would 1000% recommend her! The whole shop is incredibly nice and welcoming, I am definitely coming back!! (Shout out to Trey who tattooed my friend, he is amazing and the tattoo came out better than the picture!) 🫶🏻

Go see Macy, she’s awesome. Great at what she does, and is confident in a variety of styles. Great work, fair pricing, attentive to details, open to ideas, and great with communication. I won’t let anyone else touch my (in progress) neck/shoulder/sleeve, but Macy.
