Our tattoo was done by Veronica Castro, Veroinks, on instagram; she’s very sweet and talented. She made sure everyone in the building was okay constantly asking if we needed anything and answering questions. Before tattooing Veronica made sure the placement was correct and the sizing was to our liking. Veronica made everyone feel comfortable while tattooing. While watching her tattoo I could tell she enjoys her job. She doubled and tripled checked her work; going back and forth from the actual photo and the tattoo. You could tell that she was light handed going through every line and detail with ease. I highly recommend yall go check out her work on instagram and book an appointment!! You won’t regret it!!

Ketzel is truly knowledgeable when it comes to pricing and the entire process. She is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything step by step, making sure her clients feel comfortable and confident before starting. She pays close attention to detail and provides excellent aftercare instructions to ensure a smooth healing process. On top of her professionalism, she is friendly, funny, and wonderful with kids. I highly recommend her! 💚

Had my tattoo done here by Veronica and these guys know how to make a tattoo and get creative with it straight up. Got a tattoo of flaming dice with a really nice color mix with the dice being black and red with the flames in a yellow-orange-red color and it is beautifully done! Definitely recommend these guys.

KETZEL IS THE BEST!! If you are wanting a piercing, go see them! Ketzel did daith, tragus, and flat piercings for me. It was a great experience from start to finish. They gave me input on my ear anatomy and what piercings would and wouldn't work for me, which also gave me ideas for future piercings. The jewelry selection is great too, with lots of options in style and price. Even the jewelry that comes standard with the piercings at no extra cost is cute. Plus they have an anodizer so they can make plain titanium any color, which I definitely took advantage of for my gold horseshoe and "blurple" moon! The vibe of the whole place was welcoming and laid back, and I instantly felt comfortable. I highly recommend Ketzel! Go see them for your next piercing!

100000% recommend ArtWerks, the piercer there (Ketzel) is legit the only person I’ll ever go to for piercings, I’ve gotten 9 so far and I honestly don’t plan to stop, the staff here is always so friendly I feel like everyone there is my friend and that I’m for real welcomed and not just another number walking through the door.

Nice place but choose your piercer wisely. I believe her name was Ketsel and she was very rude, talked down to us, and then had the nerve to tell us that she did not think that we even knew what we wanted pierced. We also overheard her speaking about her multiple relationships freely with another person. Like why do we need to know what you did with two men. Won't be back.

This place is great! Great atmosphere. Everyone is so welcoming and awesome. Louie is my artist and he's amazing! Been going to him for awhile now and every time I leave loving my artwork more than I thought I would. He always goes above and beyond and exceeds any expectations I may have. Had great experience there with Takers. This was my 3rd small tatoo and I enjoyed it. Great place to go except for stairs!!
