I went and got my first tattoo there and I had Paulie as my tattoo artist, he did such an AMAZING job, he has great communication, great service, great work and he was very kind and helpful and I had an awesome experience there. The pricing was very very reasonable and not too much or too little, it was perfect! I am so glad I went to him for my tattoo, my parent also got a tattoo from Paulie aswell and it was perfect, loves it so much! The shop is very clean, well organized, very welcoming, I loved the vibe and the decor. I heavily recommend this place!!

⸻ Two weeks ago, I came to your tattoo shop to get two ear piercings. However, just in the past couple of days, both earrings got stuck in the middle of the piercing holes—it seemed like the studs couldn’t pass through properly. Today, I went to another tattoo shop to get help with the issue. When the person took the earrings out, he noticed that they had been pierced at a very crooked angle. The person who cleaned and examined my ears told me that the piercings were not done correctly. Instead of going straight through the ear, the needle went in at a slanted angle and even hit the cartilage. As a result, my ears are now extremely swollen. To be honest, it was the worst $160 I ever spent.

May as well be a class of 3rd graders with coloring books. Not terrible, but not nearly what should be expected from a professional tattoo shop. Staying within the lines is essentially a myth to these guys.

Cait Call, shop owner, is a wonder. She did rosemaling tattoos for me and my best friend. They are similar but not the same for color stories, placement, or even the floral shapes. She still made them cohesive. She even let me change shop music to something mellow when I hit sensory overload a few hours into color day. I loved working with her for my first tattoo. I can’t say nicer things. I am already thrilled day one. She was patient with care education and willing to take as much time as I needed to cover nuances of the care process.

Called to set up appointment. Told me to contact an artist.. He was very helpful but he busy that day so told me to text the next available artist. He never responded or got back to me. When to store for a walk in.. told to come back in 1 hour. Came back, was told 2 people are now in front of me. Not real helpful in store, not a good experience at all. Nobody seemed real ambitious to anything.

I will recommend Permanent Addictions every time! Cait is phenomenal. Professional, clean, and quality work.
