The front counter people are always super sweet and helpful. The shop is nice & open with good ambiance. I’ve only ever dealt with the piercers, but they’ve all been cool & patient. They have helped me take my jewelry in and out for medical procedures multiple times and are always accommodating.

They are absolutely amazing. Very courteous and kind. They let you know every step they are about to do.

Didn’t even give me the piercing I wanted and then refused to fix it
