Wanted to recognize Damian for his immaculate and extremely professional work and attitude. I felt extremely at ease going in for my piercings and he answered all of my questions, all the while making me feel as comfortable as possible. Went in for a jewelry change for my nose ring and they made it so easy! I was able to talk through what I was looking for before I went in and get a recommendation. Steven did the change - which I’m terrible at - and he was so friendly and chatty (in a good way). HIGHLY recommend!

My best friend and I went in for piercings last nice and had the best experience. They took great care of us, as well very calm and easy time! As well I mentioned I was going to be traveling in Europe next month and had travel size after care spray as let me know of ways to find a good piercing shop just in case something happens. Will be back for all our piercing needs!

Came here for a septum ring, they did really well. Actually had a crap ton of fear associated with getting my piercing as the anatomy of my nose is quite altered from childhood trauma. They did really good and no major issues now a day later.

Came here for a nose piercing and to get new jewelry in my 3 other nose piercings. The posts used for the jewelry changes were way too short and embedded into my face. When I initially had the jewelry put in, I had commented about how flush the piercings were to my skin and was told it was normal and prevents buildup on the jewelry. Another shop had to take them out and were in shock that anyone would use that length, especially for a nose piercing since they can swell from something as small as a cold. For the price BlackHole charges (i believe it was over $260 for my services), piercers should definitely be diligent when selecting post sizes and account for swelling so that these issues don’t happen.

Love this place. Damien is super attentive and great at what he does. The front desk people are super nice and helpful. Repeat customer for sure.
